Refund policy

 

 

This page (together with the documents referred to on it) tells you the terms of our Refund Policy on products or services purchases on which you may make on our website https://www.yallamer.com (“our site”), whether as a guest or a registered user. Please read these terms of our Refund Policy carefully before you start to use the site. By using our site, you indicate that you accept these terms of use and that you agree to abide by them. If you do not agree to these terms of use, please refrain from using our site.

1. Domain Name Refunds

1.1 Should you want to cancel your .ae or امارات. (dot Emarat) domain name within the first 3 days of your domain registration, Mer agency LLC will refund your full domain registration fee minus the credit card processing fee (AED 10). Refunds are not available for customers after 3 days of domain registration. You may however cancel your account at any time. You may need to contact customer service and verify information before cancellation takes place. Customer are requested to submit a ticket requesting canceling the domain name.

1.2 Other Domain registrations (excluding .ae and امارات.) and/or renewals are non-refundable by Mer agency LLC in whole or in part.

1.3 Once a Domain has been registered by the applicable registry, Mer agency LLC is unable to refund any refund in respect of that Domain. This is due to the bespoke nature of Domains and the Client accepts this to be a fair apportionment of risk given Mer agency LLC’s inability to claim a refund from the relevant registry.

1.4 Any refund on a Domain prior to registration with the relevant registry is entirely at Mer agency LLC’s discretion.

1.5 The Client accepts that Mer agency LLC is unable to verify or check for errors in Domain registration requests. Accordingly, the Client is solely responsible for ensuring that a Domain has the correct or intended spelling.

1.6 As set out in the General Terms and Conditions and above, Domain registrations are a bespoke purchase to the Client’s specification and accordingly the Client, when a consumer, waives any right to a cooling off period that may be applicable. If the Client as a consumer is not willing to waive such right then the Client must make Mer agency LLC aware of the same and Mer agency LLC will be unable to register a Domain until after the applicable cooling off period has expired.

 

 

2. Websites  ( Online store – business websites – restaurant websites – one page websites – personal websites .. etc ):

 

2.1 You may request a full refund within 15 days of purchase for a 6 month or annual websites plan.

2.2 If you have changed your mind about the product, we will offer a “15-day money back guarantee”. You must notify us within 15 days of opening your Yallamer.com website account that you wish to cancel. You will then recieve a full refund for the money paid to the date of termination, minus the domain registration fees + Setup fees ( which includes data entry and Special store theme ) + Account manager hours + Visual identity + Basic social media management package. which are non-refundable This guarantee does not apply to domain name registrations, renewals, transfers, or website Products.

2.3 If the website services you have paid for are faulty or misdescribed you may have a legal right to end the contract or to get the service re-performed or to get some or all of your money back. You must inform us in writitng of the reasons why uou say that the services are either faulty or misdescribed. We will respond to any complaint within 28 days of recipt and inform you whether a redund will be administered.

2.4 After 15 days, you may request an in-store credit for any unused time remaining on your annual plan. Unused time will be prorated based on the date of purchase, which you can use to buy another service from our store during the remaining time of your current service.

2.5 When a refund is requested for Web Hosting the web site files are the responsibility of the Mer agency customer and should a Mer agency customer decide to cancel their service it is the customer’s responsibility to make sure that they have backed up & downloaded the web site files and any emails from the Mer agency LLC server prior to requesting that Mer agency LLC cancels their account. Once the cancelation request has been submitted to Mer agency LLC a cancelattion of the web site hosting service may occur anytime after the request is received by Host Mer agency LLC and when a cancelation request is completed the client’s hosting account with Mer agency LLC and their web site files are permenantly removed from the Mer agency LLC servers. Therefore again it is the client’s obligation to ensure that they have downloaded their web site files and any emails from the server prior to their cancelation request.

 

 

3. Design & Extra services

 

3.1 Although we strive to ensure the satisfaction of all our clients, we regret to inform you that we do not offer a money-back guarantee for our design, social media management, and other additional services. This is due to the fact that our team invests considerable time and effort in delivering these services and cannot simply retract their work. However, we are committed to providing the highest quality services and will do everything in our power to ensure that our clients are satisfied with the services they receive.
