How Yallamer Uses WordPress for Websites
Customized Hosting Services
- We utilize dedicated servers hosted in multiple data centers worldwide. Our team monitors these servers 24/7 to ensure optimal performance. We address technical issues, perform updates, and provide guidance to help clients utilize their services effectively.
Domain Management
- We host your domain names through our private resellers and provide full support and management. While ownership remains with Yallamer, we ensure a smooth transfer of ownership within 72 hours if the client requests migration to another provider. Technical support for hosting and domains continues until ownership is transferred. After migration, we notify the new support team that Yallamer is no longer responsible for the domain.
WordPress Development
- We build websites using WordPress with genuine and active licenses for themes and plugins. Our designs are created from scratch to meet your unique needs and goals.
Plugin Limitations and Custom Solutions
- WordPress offers a versatile CMS platform with numerous plugins. However, some limitations may apply. Yallamer transparently explains these limitations and provides innovative solutions to customize the platform for your specific requirements.

- We address all project requirements thoroughly and ensure clear communication regarding project progress at every stage.
Payment Terms
Payment Options
- Clients can choose to:
- Pay 100% of the total package cost upfront before the project begins.
- Pay 50% upfront and the remaining 50% upon reviewing the website, before ownership and login details are transferred.
- Clients can choose to:
Non-Payment of Remaining Balance
- If the client fails to pay the remaining 50%:
- The initial 50% payment is non-refundable, as it covers the work and effort invested in the project.
- The client has 30 days to settle the remaining balance. Failure to do so will result in the loss of services and the initial payment.
- The project will be put on hold for an additional 60 days. During this period, the website will not be hosted on our servers, but a backup of the data will be retained for potential reactivation.
- If the client fails to pay the remaining 50%:
Full Payment
- Clients who pay 100% upfront receive the complete service without any risk of data loss. They are also eligible for a refund as per our refund policy.
Work Process
Design Timeline
- The design process takes up to 15 business days, during which clients can request unlimited revisions. Updates on project progress will be shared via videos and images, along with virtual meetings (Google Meet or Zoom).
Additional Services
- The 15-business-day timeline does not include additional services like booking systems, affiliate marketing systems, or SEO. These services may require extra time based on complexity.
Approval and Invoicing
- After 15 business days, the client must approve the design and settle the invoice to finalize the project.
Client Hosting
- For clients who have not purchased the full package from Yallamer, the design will be transferred to their hosting platform with assured functionality.
Data Submission
- If the client has not submitted all required data within the design timeline, they may do so within 30 days of project completion. Processing time depends on the volume of data submitted.
Website Review
- Clients have 3 days to test their website, review all data, and confirm with our team to close the ticket. Feedback and additional requests are welcomed and handled according to contract terms.
Post-Project Support
Issue Resolution
- We address any issues arising from our work promptly, even after project completion.
Plugin License Support
- Clients can seek assistance with plugin licenses within one year of the transaction date.
Hosting Support
- Clients hosting with Yallamer receive 24/7 technical support for hosting and domain services. They can also access their Account Manager for website-related assistance based on their package.
Educational Support
- Clients who opted only for design services can request short instructional videos or receive relevant YouTube tutorials for specific functions.
Additional Points
- Backup Policy: Regular backups are conducted to ensure data safety. Clients can request data restoration in case of emergencies.
- Security Measures: Our protocols include robust security practices to protect client websites from cyber threats.
- Privacy Policy: We handle client data and website information securely and confidentially.
